The Puerh tea is true legend from China. The raw material for Dark Pu-erh is a big Yunnan leaf tea, which has already passed the process of folding and drying. Shou Mei White Tea is produced from naturally withered upper leaf and tips, with a stronger flavour reminiscent of lighter Oolong teas.
