Great blend of black anise tea and Moroccan mint. Tea has a delicate natural sweet taste. We serve it with sugar in the Tea Garden, as sweetened teas are very popular in Morocco.
Earl Grey is one of the most recognized flavoudred teas in the world. This quintessentially British tea is typically a black tea base flavoured with oil from the rind of bergamot orange, a citrus fruit with the appearance and flavour somewhere between an orange and a lemon with a little grapefruit and lime thrown in. Queen Elizabeth II is drinking it with milk without sugar.
Tea steeped from these tea leaves has a light yellow hue. The taste is pleasant with a hint of roasted rice and a mild aftertaste. The aroma is a light scent of freshness and roasted rice.
This is a wonderful, aromatic and mild tea. The vanilla is not overpowering which enables the green tea taste to come through. A natural vanilla flavour makes this an exquisite green tea.
Sometimes also written as Ti Kuan Yin or Iron Goddess Oolong Tea. Apart from its amazing taste, this tea also has great health benefits, being high in amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants. Tie Guan Yin tea is a slightly fermented tea, that sits between highly fermented black teas and unfermented green and white teas.
