A Dark Oolong marketed as White Tip Oolong or Champagne Oolong, is a heavily oxidized, non-roasted, tip-type oolong tea produced in Hsinchu County, Taiwan.
THE LEAVES MAY BE STEEPED MULTIPLE TIMES
Great blend of black anise tea and Moroccan mint. Tea has a delicate natural sweet taste. We serve it with sugar in the Tea Garden, as sweetened teas are very popular in Morocco.
Black tea with chocolate chips, and vanilla and cream aroma. In Tea Garden we serve it with hot milk as you can see on the picture.
Sometimes also written as Ti Kuan Yin or Iron Goddess Oolong Tea. Apart from its amazing taste, this tea also has great health benefits, being high in amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants. Tie Guan Yin tea is a slightly fermented tea, that sits between highly fermented black teas and unfermented green and white teas.

High quality Long Jing Tea (Dragon Well) is a delicate tea, which has to be picked at just the right time for the perfect tea. Generally, the earlier the Dragon Well leaves are picked the better. The very highest quality Dragon Well teas are plucked in early April, When Dragon Well is plucked, the tea workers focus on being tender and gentle with the leaves so that the quality is retained.

A perfect mix of Morrocan mint and Gunpowder green tea from China. Recommended with sugar.
