Hibiscus It has beautiful bright red flowers, from which hibiscus tea is prepared by infusion. In Egypt you can find it under the name karkadé and in Mexico for example as rosa de Jamaica.
It has a typical sour taste, which can be easily suppressed just by adding honey or some sweet fruit.
Hibiscus is undoubtedly beneficial to health, but it is still not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with low blood pressure.
Tea steeped from these tea leaves has a light yellow hue. The taste is pleasant with a hint of roasted rice and a mild aftertaste. The aroma is a light scent of freshness and roasted rice.
Of all the black teas that China produces, Keemun is perhaps the most well-known. The very highest quality Dragon Well teas are plucked in early April, When Dragon Well is plucked, the tea workers focus on being tender and gentle with the leaves so that the quality is retained.
