This is a wonderful, aromatic and mild tea. The vanilla is not overpowering which enables the green tea taste to come through. A natural vanilla flavour makes this an exquisite green tea.
Bai Mu Dan tea is usually grown in the Fujian Province of China. White tea in general is the least processed tea of all, preserving most of its innate properties. The Bai Mu dan is known for its high proportion of anti-oxidants polyphenols and for its cooling effects.
Chamomile is known more as a medicinal tea with a pleasant taste. It provides significant relief for health problems such as indigestion, hyperacidity, travel sickness, cramps, inflamed skin, even poor sleep. Chamomile relieves inflammation, acidity and cramps and encourages healing. A regular cup of tea is very helpful in inflammatory conditions such as gastritis, Crohn’s disease and colitis.
