This organic oolong tea boasts small, tigthly rolled chocolate-colored leaves with a slight reddish hue. Its infusion hints at tart plums with a smooth, light and slightly dry mouth feel that has a woody-sweet quality.

Ingredients: White loose tea China Pai Mu Tan, green tea China Fog Tea, jasmine flowers, China Sencha, China Lung Ching, China Gunpowder, China Jasmine, rose petals, China Jasmine Jade Pearl, pieces of cherries, apricots, orange blossoms, sunflower.
Bai Mu Dan tea is usually grown in the Fujian Province of China. White tea in general is the least processed tea of all, preserving most of its innate properties. The Bai Mu dan is known for its high proportion of anti-oxidants polyphenols and for its cooling effects.

High quality Long Jing Tea (Dragon Well) is a delicate tea, which has to be picked at just the right time for the perfect tea. Generally, the earlier the Dragon Well leaves are picked the better. The very highest quality Dragon Well teas are plucked in early April, When Dragon Well is plucked, the tea workers focus on being tender and gentle with the leaves so that the quality is retained.
