Bai Mu Dan tea is usually grown in the Fujian Province of China. White tea in general is the least processed tea of all, preserving most of its innate properties. The Bai Mu dan is known for its high proportion of anti-oxidants polyphenols and for its cooling effects.
Ethereal white tea with soft flavours of cucumber and white fruits with a creamy full mouthfeel, thick sweetness & delicate flowery notes, simply beautiful tea.
Hibiscus It has beautiful bright red flowers, from which hibiscus tea is prepared by infusion. In Egypt you can find it under the name karkadé and in Mexico for example as rosa de Jamaica.
It has a typical sour taste, which can be easily suppressed just by adding honey or some sweet fruit.
Hibiscus is undoubtedly beneficial to health, but it is still not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with low blood pressure.
Lapacho – Inca tea – the bark of the South American tree has many positive health effects – it has a strengthening effect on the internal organs of the body, it cleanses the body and significantly increases the body’s immunity. Its health effects were discovered by the ancient Incas.
Although there is no doubt that lapacho is very toxic to many species of viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites and other species of microorganisms, it appears to be free of any significant toxicity to healthy human cells. Side effects usually occur with isolated components from the Lapacho tree and are limited to nausea and anticoagulant effects and diarrhea, and only in high doses. However, some nausea should be expected as a natural consequence of the detoxification process.
Shou Mei White Tea is produced from naturally withered upper leaf and tips, with a stronger flavour reminiscent of lighter Oolong teas. Shou Mei or ‘Eyebrow’ tea is named for the long, thin, crescent-shaped leaves used in production. This tea is a rare and hard to find. When done just right, this tea has a light aroma, and a strong, sweet taste. If steeped for too long, the tea has a bitter taste. Spoil yourself and try this special tea today.
